Robert Forsyth

DIRECTOR

As a Director at NinetyThousandHours, I have 20 years experience in executive search and talent management in the B2B media & events market.

I am passionate in what I do. I partner with CEO’s, Director’s and Business Owners to build high-performing, diverse and inclusive leadership teams.

I hold a CIPD qualification in Personnel & Development and am a Level 2 practicioner in McQuaig behavioural profiling software. This allows us to continually improve the solutions we offer to our clients and to ensure they attract and retain the very best people.

My approach is honest and open, I take the time to listen and establish the immediate and long term business goals of our clients to help them exceed their potential through talent.

Gemma Butler

DIRECTOR

Prior to Ninety Thousand Hours I spent 12 years working for a FTSE 100 business as a Brand Director, leading Product, Marketing and Sales Teams. The experience I gained is invaluable to understanding the needs of my clients.

My focus is on delivery for our clients. I pride myself on being transparent and never giving up on a tough brief. I have a naturally supportive approach with candidates which helps to build trust and open and honest conversations throughout the process.

I am passionate about Diversity and Inclusion and have completed a Train the Trainer course in inclusive hiring processes, which helps me assist my clients in reducing bias from the hiring process. I am a level 2 practitioner in McQuaig behavioural profiling software.

My 9 years of experience in recruitment and executive search in B2B media and information, and my extensive network enables me to uncover candidates across the whole market.
