Established in January 2007, we have experienced huge success and longevity with a number of key digital, media and event organisations and have been growing as a business month by month.
We are now expanding our London offices and are aiming to employ future leaders and high billing consultants to help us grow to the next level.

THE ROLE

The key day-to-day tasks of a Media Recruitment Consultant:-

• Work across a broad range of clients building relationships at senior management and director level.
• Understand companies cultures, their values and get to know the individuals and their teams.
• Responsible to your clients for delivering a high level of service and they will expect you to advise them on all aspects of recruitment.
• Networking, generating, interviewing and advising candidates on their next career move.
• Assessing people’s skills, personality and job requirements in relation to your clients’ needs and advising accordingly.

THE CANDIDATE

The key skills and experience needed for a Media Recruitment Consultant include:

• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills; you need to be a good listener, have high emotional intelligence and be extremely consultative in your approach.
• Drive and motivation to meet your clients and candidates needs and ultimately meet and exceed your personal revenue targets.
• Ambitious, hungry and very money motivated!
• Be a self starter, be able to motivate and manage yourself and complete tasks under your own steam.
