THE ROLE

They are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to launch and grow their online recruitment board. This is a superb opportunity to be involved in this new project, getting it off the ground and sharing the ever growing success of the newspaper.
The key day-to-day tasks of the Account Manager include:

• To deepen relations between the paper and recruitment managers in an array of different sectors. Through face to face meeting and over the phone.
• To ensure KPIs are met and exceeded.
• To map the market and approach businesses based on careful research.
• To manage all admin to a high standard.

THE CANDIDATE

• A self-motivated individual who works well independently and autonomously.
• Values the ability to make key decisions and take full responsibility for their time management.
• Has experience of seeing in recruitment and has recruitment agency experience.
• You must possess a wealth of contacts within the sector.
