THE COMPANY
Based in central London our client is a specialist in producing conferences and exhibitions in legal and financial markets. Part of a FTSE 100 company this is an excellent opportunity to join as a Sponsorship Sales Manager and be part of a large multi-national corporation that has a proven track record of developing from within and presence in the marketplace. THE ROLE
As a Sponsorship Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing new conference ideas and developing sponsorship packages for these events. You will also have full day-today project management duties of your events – utlising your excellent client relationships. The key components of a Sponsorship Sales Manager would be –
- Develop sponsorship strategies that over-achieve against target
- Set up and maintain sales pipeline
- Develop Event partnerships through deep client relations
- Maintain clear and concise communication with internal & external stake holders
- Monitor competitor activity and current client requirements
THE CANDIDATE
In order to be a succesful Sponsorship Sales Manager candidate you will need to display the following attributes –
- A track record of selling sponsorship solutions within media
- An ability to engage with key decision makers
- A solid and clear understanding of the sales process
- A keen desre to work in conferences and events
- A professional and thoughtful manner that can spot opportunities whilst having the energy and desire to execute them.
- Impeccable face to face skills
